Kyleigh's Blessing & Kelsie's Birthday

If you don't want to see a bunch of pictures of my adorable little girls you may just want to look away now. Ha ha.
I guess I need to start from the begining. Kyleigh Brynn was born on Monday, July 18th at 12:23pm. She weighed a whopping 7 lbs 6oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long, which is a pretty big baby for us. Delivery went pretty well, Kyleigh was crying before they could get her all the way out so she sucked up a little bit of amniotic fluid but they were able to get that all out pretty quick. There were a few little side effects that I had from the anesthesia that required me to be on oxygen for an hour or so, but overall we all did great.

We rushed out of the hospital on Wednesday because our poor little Abby needed to be taken in for x-rays. She had a 35lb weight fall on her feet! Luckily most of her feet is still cartilage and so nothing was broken, but boy did they turn black and blue and were so swollen. She was in a lot of pain and it took a few days before she could walk normal again.

We blessed our beautiful little Kyleigh on the 24th of July. I know she was only 6 days old but it meant the world to us to have both sets of grandpas here to help. Ethan gave a beautiful blessing and even though her dress I made was a little big on her, she looked so pretty!

On the 25th, I turned 25! Ahhh! I am a quarter of a way to 100! I had a wonderful birthday and was spoiled by everyone. The Mittelstadt's gave me a gorgeous picture of Christ and a little girl, and the little girl looks so much like our girls. I also got a gift card to get my hair done, a moby wrap, and a much wanted body pillow :) Thank you everyone for your cards and gifts and wishes!

I also need to mention that my sister Kortnie had her baby on the 27th of July. Konner Troy Lewis was born at 2:59pm weighing 7lbs 3oz. and 19 inches long. Congrats you guys!
