Baby Girl Coming Soon!

So pay no more attention to the ticker telling you we have 11 days left, we have until Monday the 18th at noon! Things have not been progressing like planned and the baby's cord is being pinned down by her head, so to save us all from the drama that we had with Brooklyn and to make sure that everyone is healthy we are going to do a c-section on Monday!!! I am so excited and still a little scared, but I just know that this is the best thing for all of us. (and since Ethan is not the very confident in his blogging abilities, I will post pictures of our new little one as soon as I can)
This week I have also been, I guess you could say, preping Ethan for all the "mommy" duties that I will be needing help with, such as doing Brooklyn's hair or brushing her teeth and what not. I have not laughed that hard in quite some time. Poor Brooklyn was trying to be patient with her daddy playing with her hair for about 20 min when he finally gave up and let mom finish. Ha ha ha! He really didn't do to bad of a job, but it was so funny to watch him somehow get his fingers tied up in the hair bands with about 1/2 the amount of hair that was supposed to be in the pony-tail. lol. Just remember Ethan, practice makes perfect :) (and I can always try to fix it if needed).

This picture I just thought was cute. Brooklyn found Ethan's stethascope (however you spell it) and was walking around the house listening to everything!

We have been so blessed to have our friend Amanda Caraway throw us a baby shower on the 9th and that turned out really well. Thank you to everyone for your wonderful gifts!
