Cute Sisters!So 2 1/2 months ago our little Brooklyn could only say about 15-20 words and most of them were sounds. After those tubes were put in we can't seem to get her to be quiet! She started doing this about 3 days ago. You can't hear all the letters and words, but boy are we proud of her! She surprises us with something that she learns everyday.
Now I know that some of these pictures need explaining. When Brooklyn was helping me make the chocolate chip cookies she really did put an entire egg in including the shell. Ha ha. I had to fish out pieces of it :) They still turned out o.k. The camping in the living room was Ethan's idea. We are planning on driving back to Utah/Idaho this fall and camping on our way up and back so he thought we should get Brooklyn use to it... I am sleeping in the truck. It was way too long of a night to do it 3 nights in a row lol. The Hoppin Hippo is a fun little kids place with those big blow up toys. Brooklyn had a really good time with her friend Dallin. O.K. So the Lemon Meringue Pie is actually my first pie that I have ever made completely from scratch, including the crust... And it turned out really good, I actually had to make another one 2 days later because this one disapeared. Now for the outside photos... I took a nap and when I woke up Brooklyn looked a little orphan farm girl. Ha ha! No shirt and overalls and you can't forget those slippers. Sometimes it just isn't worth fighting her to change her clothes. And we don't normally make her pooper scoop Bruce's kennel, she chose to do that cuz daddy was doing it earlier. And last but not least are the naked bum pictures. Earlier this week we went out to the lake and there were no restrooms so I had to teach her to go potty outside. I had no idea what I had actually started. This is probably the 3rd time I had caught her running around out back yard with no pants on and I have caught her twice actually going potty!
Now everytime I make one of these I tell myself not to use that many pictures but somehow I always end up with a bunch on here. Sorry.

You have been doing lots of baking lately and it's making me hungry. A pie...from scratch?? Look at you--you little Martha.
Camping in the living room...that's a fun idea. You need to see the size of our tent. It's a mini aparatment. I don't think it would fit in our living room though.
so much fun going on!! good job on the home made pie!! .... we had to show porter how to go potty outside too from long travels.... now he pulls his pants down anywhere outside.... kinda good... kinda bad.... neighbors give funny looks!!!
